Unintended consequences? Murphy's Law takes no prisoners, particularly with the building envelope. This session will examine problems with rules, materials, methods, and execution including the typical (and annoying) counter-intuitive outcomes that seem to defy common sense. We will look at some new approaches, and participants will learn where and when to place caution flags in design, construction, and operation of the building envelope.
