Moisture control is fundamental to the proper functioning of any building. Controlling moisture is important to safeguard occupants from adverse health effects and to protect the building from physical or chemical damage. Yet, avoiding moisture in buildings is not as simple as it may seem. This presentation will discuss various strategies that can be implemented to minimize moisture-related problems and pitfalls.
